• CD150 wire actuated linear encoder

CD150 wire actuated linear encoder up to 6 m measuring length also called rope encoder, draw wire encoder, cable length transducers. They are easy to mount. System has wire drum, measuring wire and rotary encoder, which is coupled to a spring loaded-reel using a mechanical coupling device, internal to the housing of the reel. A cable coiled on the reel and end of cable connected to mechanism which movement being measured. The drum is rotated by pulled cable and the linear motion is transmitted into rotary motion, at which point the draw wire encoder encodes the information into an electric signal. Application: shop floors, manufacturing lines, and off-road vehicles, cranes, forklifts, oil and gas drilling equipment, and wood-working and stone-working machines.

  • RI64 optical incremental encoder

The robust, economical RI64 hollow shaft incremental encoder stands out because it is the best value for money in its class. The insulated shaft coated with hard ceramic protects the bearings effectively against motor currents. The high ingress protection, IP67, also applies to through hollow shafts and, together with the unit’s high resistance to impacts and vibrations, is suitable for use in tough ambient conditions. With a line count of up to 5000, this robust encoder is suitable not only for many industrial applications but, in particular, for use as a feedback encoder for asynchronous motors.

  • AR62 multiturn magnetic absolute encoder

The special features of the AR62/ 63 include not only a robust housing but also large dimensioned, block-type ball bearings. Even high axial and radial forces acting in the axial plane of the shaft of this rotary encoder will not cause it to miss a beat. The AR62/ 63 will cope with extreme acceleration, marked changes in climatic conditions and even work normally under water. This means it is predestined for use in wind turbines, ships and commercial vehicles just as much as in presses, wood-processing machines or stone masonry. In terms of its electrical design, the AR62 is compatible with standard industrial controller systems. The interfaces available are SSI, BiSS, CANopen and analogue. The encoder is available with resolutions from up to 12 bits as a single-turn unit and 16 bits as a multi-turn device.
