LIR-DA7 absolute optical linear encoder


Absolute linear encoders LIR-DA7 uses optical scanning technology. Encoders able to reach high resolution up to 0,1 μm and accuracy ±3 μm/m. SSI interface allows to connect to most of industrial PLC and CNC. Suitable for applications: Machine tools linear axis control, linear drive technology, microscopes, laboratory and metrology equipment, test equipment. Compact body dimensions fit applications with limited space. Measuring length up to 1240 mm.

  • CDS1820 wire actuated linear encoder

    CDS1820 wire actuated linear encoder up to 20 m measuring length also called rope encoder, draw wire encoder, cable length transducers. They are easy to mount. System has wire drum, measuring wire and rotary encoder, which is coupled to a spring loaded-reel using a mechanical coupling device, internal to the housing of the reel. A cable coiled on the reel and end of cable connected to mechanism which movement being measured. The drum is rotated by pulled cable and the linear motion is transmitted into rotary motion, at which point the draw wire encoder encodes the information into an electric signal. Application: shop floors, manufacturing lines, and off-road vehicles, cranes, forklifts, oil and gas drilling equipment, and wood-working and stone-working machines.
